Photographie post mortem : pratique courante au XIXe et au début du XXe siècle qui consistait à mettre en scène un défunt comme s’il était toujours vivant, et à le prendre en photo. À cette époque, la mort n’était pas un tabou. On veillait les dépouilles, on ne les cachait pas en vitesse. Mais de nos jours… Qui sait ce que la vue de telles photos peut faire à un esprit torturé ? Il est parfois si facile de basculer de l’autre côté… celui de la folie.
